At a minimum, the Service Delivery Committee, is responsible for the following:

Conduct an annual gaps analysis of the homeless needs and services available within the geographic area, in partnership with the Planning and Resource Development Committee.

Establish priorities for funding projects in the geographic area, in partnership with the Planning and Resource Development Committee.

Ad-Hoc Committee for Point-in-Time Count. Plan for and conduct a PIT count.
