At a minimum, the Planning and Resource Development Committee, is responsible for the following:

Coordinating and implementing a comprehensive system to address the needs of the homeless population and subpopulations and persons experiencing a housing crisis within the CoC.

Conduct an annual gaps analysis of the homeless needs and services available within the geographic area, in partnership with the Service Delivery Committee.

Establish priorities for funding projects in the geographic area, in partnership with the Service Delivery Committee.
