At a minimum, the Governance Committee, in coordination with the Collaborative Applicant and CoC Board, is responsible for the following:

Recommend a written process to select a board

Coordinate CoC Board election processes

Review and draft annual updates to the governance charter for the CoC Board and General Membership to vote on

Establish performance targets appropriate for population and program type in consultation with recipients and subrecipients

Monitor recipient and subrecipient performance, evaluate outcomes, and take actions against poor performers
